Providing the data marked as required at checkout is necessary to conclude the contract; without it the order cannot be completed. Providing data for the newsletter is voluntary.
3. Who else receives your data
The Controller uses the following processors. They act only on the Controller’s instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.

The newsletter and contact form data are stored in the website’s own database on the hosting described above; no external mailing service is used. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where the Controller is required by law to do so.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The processors above are established in the European Union. The website uses no analytics or advertising tools, and web fonts are served from the Controller’s own hosting, so no data is transmitted to providers outside the European Economic Area when you browse the site. Where a processor transfers data to a third country as part of its own service, it does so on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another safeguard permitted by Chapter V GDPR.
5. Automated decision-making
The Controller does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Requests can be sent to clientservices@fedra.store. The Controller responds within one month; this period may be extended by a further two months for complex requests, of which you will be informed.

8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to the Controller and to the processors listed above. Passwords are stored in encrypted form. Server logs are deleted automatically.
9. Changes
The Controller may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at fedra.store. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect.

3. Your choices
Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, no consent is required and no cookie banner is shown. These cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the basket and the sign-in function, but you can delete or block them at any time in your browser settings.
